by Courier or can be collected by prior arrangement.

INSURANCE: The buyer may request
insurance or additional insurance be added before dispatch.
Otherwise goods are
sent uninsured.

COLLECTION: The buyer may arrange to collect items(s) in person by
arrangement, free of postage & packing charges. By appointment only
please.

CASH: The Buyer may pay in cash
(Sterling bank notes & coins) .Money sent through the post is sent at
the senders risk. If sending cash by Post we recommend you use Royal
Mail 'Special Delivery'.

The costs incurred
for receipt of letter or packages without the correct postage will be
passed onto the customer.

CHEQUES: Goods may
be held until the Buyers payment has been fully cleared & no
chargeback in possible.

DISHONOURED CHEQUES:
The Buyer is liable for the extra cost incurred by the seller in
regards to cheques refused for payment. This cost will be passed on to
the buyer & payable before the goods are dispatched .

MISUSE: The vendor
is not liable or responsible for misuse of their products.

Hazardous GOODS: The Buyer warrants to have the
requisite knowledge & skills to handle the goods safely. As some of
these goods are extremely Harmful in nature. The MSDS listing of the
nature of Harmful are available free on request.

No extra charge is
payable by the buyer for the use of `Paypal` or `Google Checkout` in sentiment
of this account.

INSPECTED: The business is Home Office , Local Authority, Fire Service & Police
inspected.

CLASS ONE POISONS: Certain 'Class One' poisons
are available . In such cases we act only as agent for a

to insurance cover do not arrive or arrive damaged. The seller will
either send a replacement shipment free of charge or refund the cost
incurred by the buyer except for the insurance premium. The choice of

GOODS DISPATCHED:

Chemicals not sold for human consumption unless other wise stated.

MEDICINES: Chemicals
are not supplied for medical use.

RETENTION OF TITLE:
The seller retains the title to the goods until they are paid for in
full.

DISTANT SELLING
REGULATIONS: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working
days of your receipt of the goods. Provide a written notification of
cancellation by email and you are requested to return the goods in
original and unopened condition, within 7 working days of
cancellation, using appropriate and insured carriage or carrier. You
are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You will be
responsible for all costs incurred.
